Journey: Raider
Become a formidable raider. Master PvP combat, declare raids against enemy towns, and earn rewards through strategic warfare.
The Loop
Section titled “The Loop”Earn ranks → upgrade PvP gear → declare raids → coordinate with parties → earn rewards
This journey guides you through PvP-focused gameplay and raid mechanics.
1) Roles
Section titled “1) Roles”Earn the Commander (town rank) to gain raid initiation permissions. This rank also provides strategic spawn access.

Required rank:
- Commander — town rank, can initiate raids
- Other ranks can participate in raids, but only Commanders can declare them
2) Gear
Section titled “2) Gear”Optimize your PvP equipment. Focus on Protection, Sharpness, and Unbreaking IV/V since Mending is removed.

PvP gear priorities:
- Protection — reduces all damage types
- Sharpness — increased melee damage
- Unbreaking IV/V — extended durability for long fights
- Repair strategy — maintain XP reserves for repairs
- Fortune — note: does not work on gold ore
3) Raids
Section titled “3) Raids”Declare and participate in raids against enemy towns. Understand raid mechanics, rewards, and consequences.

Raid requirements:
- Must be Commander rank (town rank)
- Must be inside enemy town’s claims when declaring
- Enemy town must have members online
- Cannot raid your own town or nation members
Raid mechanics:
- Lasts 20 minutes
- Defenders keep items on death
- Attackers lose items on death
- Winners earn gold rewards
4) Parties
Section titled “4) Parties”Coordinate raid groups using Parties (mcMMO). Use party chat to organize attacks and defend effectively.

- Private party chat for coordination
- XP sharing if party members are nearby
- Better organization for large-scale raids
