Know when to report issues, how to provide evidence, and how to appeal decisions.
Report flow

- Griefing — destruction of builds
- Harassment — targeting players
- Cheating — hacked clients, exploits
- Rule violations — breaking server rules
How to report
Section titled “How to report”Discord:
- Join the Discord server: discord.gg/yZNN2WFdNw
- Open a ticket in the Discord server
- Use the report channel
- Follow the reporting format
In-game:
- Contact staff members directly if they are online
- Use
/msgto message staff privately
Include:
- Player name
- What happened
- When it happened
- Evidence (screenshots/video)
Evidence

- Clear, readable images
- Show the violation clearly
- Include player names and timestamps
- Multiple angles if possible
Video:
- Short clips (under 2 minutes)
- Show the violation clearly
- Include context before/after
- Clear audio if relevant
Context

- What happened before the incident
- What the violation was
- What happened after
- Any relevant chat logs
Don’t:
- Edit or manipulate evidence
- Provide false information
- Report without evidence
- Report minor issues that don’t violate rules
Appeals

- Check server Discord for appeal link
- Follow the appeal format
- Provide your side of the story
- Be honest and respectful
Appeal timing:
- Appeals usually have time limits
- Submit appeals promptly
- May take time to process
- Be patient
What to include:
- Your account name
- What you were banned for
- Your side of the story
- Why you should be unbanned
- What you’ll do differently
