Your first base is your foundation. Pick wisely, build smart, and stay safe.
Picking a location
Section titled “Picking a location”When choosing where to build:
- Avoid hostile biomes at first (deserts)
- Check the map at map.worldmc.org for existing claims
- Note neighbors — friendly towns nearby can help, but crowded areas limit expansion
- Consider resources — near wood, stone, and water for early game
Starter tips

- Food & shelter → stay alive and safe
Keep a stash safe
Section titled “Keep a stash safe”- Store valuables in chests (not on your person)
- Consider a hidden backup stash
